Websites

A straight forward website of up to three pages can be yours for £399. This includes everything needed to get your website published and available for your website visitors:

  • Your chosen domain – e.g. www.yourdomain.co.uk
  • ‘Hosting’ for one year. A website domain is stored on a computer which is permanently connected to the Internet. We rent computer space through a third party specialist with a UK based data centre, one of the largest in the UK.
  • Email accounts linked to your domain – e.g. sales@yourdomain.co.uk. We can set these up to redirect to your existing email address or we can help you set up multiple email accounts on your own computer.
  • Regular reports of website activity. These will give you an idea of visitor numbers, how the visitors located your website  and the pages they visited. The reports can be sent weekly, monthly or annually. More information on the content of the report is found on the report page.
  • Design, build and publishing of your website page and minor changes as necessary.

Extra pages can be added from as little as £45 but any non-straight forward aspects of a website (e.g. an E-commerce ’shopping trolley’) will require a specific quotation from us. Once you have a published website, there are some ongoing costs you need to consider:

  • Annual hosting charge; either £60 for a simple site or £120 for a higher maintenance dynamic website
  • Domain name renewals every two years;  typically £10 – £25 (.com is more expensive than .co.uk)
  • Minor Page changes are free but other changes are charged at £45 per page or £12 per quarter hour, whichever is lowest.

We can also manage the whole process of designing and monitoring search engine ‘pay-per-click‘ advertising.

Charities and voluntary organisations – please inform us of your status and we will apply a discount. Low cost websites are a speciality.

Email Accounts Only

Personalised email accounts start from just £30 per year and include:

  • A .co.uk or .me.uk or .org.uk domain (other domain extensions, e.g. .name, can be substituted for a fee of £5 to £20, the cost depending on the extension).
  • 2 email accounts in the same domain each with a generous 1gb of online email storage
  • Anti-virus and anti-spam checking
  • Can be accessed thorough a browser or downloaded to your computer

Internet Telephony

We can set up a new telephone number which seamlessly redirects to your existing telephone number for just £35. This includes £10 credit towards the cost of the redirection (which is just 1.2p per minute or part minute).

If you want to make outgoing Internet carried calls (there are some cost advantages over traditional calls) we can advise on the telephony hardware that best meets your needs.

Please note that the above prices do not include VAT which will be charged at 17.5%.
