This website is for the use of pupils at the primary school – it is intended as a teaching tool to expose children to the benefits of social networking sites whilst also teaching them how to stay safe online.

It features content that is only visible to registered users (staff and pupils). The majority of content is created by the pupils but does not appear on the website until it has been approved by a member of school staff. Content can be  articles, book reviews, website links and polls.

Pupils are able to send each other instant messages and add comments to the content provided by others (again comments must be approved by a member of staff before being shown on the website).

There are various templates available to enable pupils to personalise the look of the website after they login.

There are, of course, some games and an automated highest score table to keep track of rankings. Registered pupils can even get together as a team and challenge other teams (boys vs. girls is hotly contested).
